| Attend intermediate and/or experienced class at least once a week |
| Learn/Assist in one beginners class per week |
| Learn/Assist in one therapy class per week |
| Observe/Assist in one pregnancy/womens class per month |
| Attend Open Forum/Tutorial Session for Teacher Trainees one Saturday of each month at 2:30pm, which will focus on theoretical and practical aspects of yoga teaching |
| Note Taking will need to be done throughout the course |
| An Anatomy and Physiology course will need to be completed during the two year training |
| A basic first aid course is also advisable |
