We will be filming our classes live from our beautiful studios and you will be able to get access here ↠

All your passes will be put on hold until you are able to attend the classes again and we will extend them. We would love to keep it all running for you to return to so we are asking for a small exchange for our offering. You have a choice of payments depending on your current financial situation.

A SHORT RELAXATION PRACTICE WITH KATE POROTTO-NELSON

A 10 minute breath and guided relaxation for the beginning of any practice or just a short practice on its own. There is no asana in this video, just mind body awareness and breath awareness.

Kales has been our leader and master teacher for over 40 years. 

Here he is offering you a gentle stretch and a meditation.

This is a 32 minute class. Set your yoga space up and take a few minutes to breathe and relax before you start the class.

Kate is the owner of both yoga centres. She has been practicing and teaching yoga for over 20 years. Kate has a great community of vinyasa students and is keen to bring the practice to you at home.

STEPH WRIGHT - SENIORS CLASS ( WARM UP + CHAIR YOGA + MEDITATE)

Due to popular demand Steph is offering a Seniors class here. Steph has always been a huge part and joy in our community for nearly 20 years. She provides so much for the seniors and they absolutely love her.

STEPH WRIGHT - WARM UP

This is a warm up for Seniors/Mature students. You are required to be able to get up and down off the floor, be in reasonable health/wellbeing and have some yoga experienced. It is the regular warm sequence up that is taught at Off The Wall Yoga studio to the mature students.

STEPH WRIGHT - CHAIR YOGA

This is a great chair yoga sequence for Seniors/Mature students or ANYONE. You have restricted but good movement or recovering from any injury and need a chair for support.You will need to have a prior yoga practice.
This can be used as a warm up and practice or even better do Stephs warm up video first.
